Let me start by saying that the doctor is very professional and qualified. However, her professionalism is undermined by the terrible customer service offered by her staff. I will NOT recomment this to anyone and I have already told two friends that need to visit a dermatologist not to go there. Being place on hold for almost 8 minutes, having had to pay out of pocket when in fact I have insurance (because the staff was unable to verify on time), not receiving any calls back, and being disrespected is just too much to deal with. I do not recommend Premier Derm. You can get good medical treatment somewhere else without having to deal with all of these inconveniences. Too bad because as I said, the doctor was very smart, polite, and professional.
