US Landscape, Inc is a C-10 licensed landscape construction and maintenance company, offering specialized services in all facets of the landscape business. Our focus is keeping our customers' Commercial Landscape Construction Commercial Maintenance of Industial and Office Complexes, Shopping Centers, HOA's, & Apartment Communities Radio Dispatched Irrigation and Landscape Service and Repair Horticulture Consultation Services US Landscape, Inc was founded by John Walker Mortensen, a third-generation Nevadan whose family has been providing landscaping expertise to businesses in the Las Vegas Valley Since 1947. Since his ninth birthday, John began learning the craft of landscaping through his fathers business and understanding that hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence are the corner stones of successful landscaping projects. Over the years, John progressed through the profession as a foreman, superintendent, business development specialist, project manager, founding division manager and finally as president of his own company. During that time, he was instrumental in many major landscape construction projects such as the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, Green Valley Ranch, Summerlin, Bellagio Hotel and Casino, and most recently the Palazzo Hotel and Casino. In 1993, John was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award from Western Landscape Construction, Inc and the Elmer H. Anderson Parks Excellence Award in 1994 for his work on Mountain View Park in Henderson, NV (Green Valley). John founded U.S. Landscape, Inc in the summer of 1997 in order to apply his vision of quality landscape construction, expert maintenance services, and a landscape philosophy grounded in southern Nevada's unique climate and geography. The construction division has been a primary landscape provider for commercial general contractors in Las Vegas since our inception. Today, the construction division is continually working with premier general contracting companies, such as Affordable Concepts, Grove Construction, Taylor International, SCM Builders, Boyd Martin Construction, Mike Peterson Construction and others in order to maintain a level of professionalism and quality control necessary to complete first rate landscaping projects in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. Complementing our construction division, the maintenance services group has crews tending to properties all across the valley. Our current list of clients includes Becker Enterprises, CBRE, Kimco Properties, Inland Southwest Management, Tiberti Company's, Vertical Holdings's, and Weingarten Realty to name a few. Today, U.S. Landscape, Inc utilizes the latest technologies and methods to care and construct water efficient landscapes. We are a qualified member of the Southern Nevada Water Authority's Water Smart Contractor Program and prefer the use of the highest quality irrigation equipment and landscape materials in the industry. U.S. Landscape, Inc is focused on providing a premier level of professional, quality service and craftsmanship to companies who demand only the best and require extreme commitment in the care and construction of their businesses and landscapes. To that end, U.S. Landscape, Inc maintains highly experienced crews in each of our divisions, an excellent administrative staff, and a business development group that can provide a wide range of landscape services for commercial maintenance and construction tasks.
