I joke? Not that good. I left 2 friends TVs with them. After about 4 months, they claim they have lost them. How can you lose TVs when I gave them model and serial numbers? I think they used them for parts. Anyway, they suck! Jay

This place is a joke. They get you in promising fast service and low prices, but are anything but..... When i visit a business, i expect them to hold up to their word. When you tell me you will look at it tomorrow and call me, i expect a call by the end of business... I waited two days and called them. They still hadn't looked at my TV. He told me he would call me back within two hours and didn't. Way to run a business. In the end, the guy called me with an outrageous bill so i told him to stick the tv where it fits. I would shop around for a company that values their customer and doesn't give you the run around. A man is only as good as his word, and i believe that to be true for a company competing for my business......

I had a similar experience to Flhx13. Brought in my 42-inch Samsung television, they said they could fix it for $300 and never heard back from them. They don't call on progress, don't let you know what parts are backordered, and are generally very unhelpful and unmotivated to fix your television. After about 7 months in their shop, my tv is still not fixed and I had to pay a $30 deposit just for them to look at it. Thanks for nothing.

Unprofessional

Brought my TV in and it took 3 1/2 months before I demanded it back. They never call back on progress (or lack of). They flat out lied about parts availability to just to get me to not keep calling. Which in turn I called LG and parts where readily available. To make it worse the TV was in worse condition than when I left it. I recommend taking your TV to someone who can repair it.

Overall

Excellent service. Efficient and very friendly. Will pass along to friends. One note: they only accept check or cash.
