I have been shopping in your store for years.

in the past couple of years the customer service has been great the mtg staff have been very nice and helpful.Your prices is a little higher than major dept hardware store.but I shop at your store because of great customer service and good sales. At times prices are higher ,but i also live near you

I was shopping at your store on 02/06/2015.at about 2 -3 pm. The prices on clearance area was as hardly a bargain..I only bought one Item only I had a 5 dollars coupon. Ms Jody usually checks me out for over a year now. She is an outstanding Sale associate. I have notice her to be extremely helpful kind helpful and nice to her her customers including myself. I Talk to the store manager at that time a gentleman how great she was.I still wanted post my review a great job review to Management of your store almost all employees especially Ms Jody.to run a great place of bushiness My husband at shop to your store your store year around because selections of products in your customer services being close to my home even with slightly higher prices compared to so-called Boxed Hardware Stores.and Walmart. .My Name is Farzaneh Coffey I ma the only one with that name in Midwest region.Keep up the good work.

I own a Management consulting business Called "Taheri enterprise" My advise 1. Please lower your prices on your recent clearances if all possible.You will sell a lot more.I saw many customers looked at them and left without buying hardly any Items on the area while I was at your store.
