Terrible Experience!
After sharing very personal information (related to my condition) with one of Vogel's nurses, I was very displeased to see the information on a post it note, on the outside of my file, for all to see, at the receptionists desk (in view of the lobby), when I went to check out. After I realized the receptionist had not given me my script and returned to the office 30 seconds later, I saw the same nurse and said receptionist, chuckling and immediately clam up, upon my re-entry. The same receptionist, gave my insurance card to another patient in the lobby, who fortunately caught the mistake after reading my information out loud, to the lobby.
"Dr." Vogel had no interest in listening to me or my concerns. All she accomplished in the 5 minute appointment, was the equivalent of a sobriety test, and the worst excuse for a physical I've ever seen, (and I served in the NAVY!) All this after shelling out almost a $1000 on a CAT scan, that she looked at for no more than 20 seconds.
Also, when a doctor is speaking with you about very personal information, you tend to want it spoken behind closed doors, if you are like me.. Not blurted out as they are walking in the room, with the door wide open, 5 steps from the reception desk and the lobby! I would not expect that luxury with "Dr." Vogel!
