General Info: Kathleen “Kathy” Polonka, DO, received a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry from Indiana University. She received a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Polonka completed her training at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, MI.
