EXCELLENT service. I called around 6:00 pm on a Saturday completely worried because I realized the heat had not been working all day. We have a newborn baby at home with health issues and January is not a month to be without heat. He was at our home within the hour.... pulled a dead bird out, fixed everything, and even gave us some tips for future service so we wouldn't have the same problem again. Because of fast, efficient, friendly service, my baby and I were warm and snuggly that night.

Roy Rogers is honest, knowledgeable and fair. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had another company out prior and they wanted to sell me $11,000 worth of new equipment. Roy Rogers serviced and cleaned my system for a service call fee. Also, fixed my dehumidifier for winter months quickly and easily. I will not use another company unless Roy Rogers tells me to. We first had Roy out in March 2011. Airtron had been out the week before and told us we needed a whole new HVAC unit. We were considering their recommendation when a friend mentioned Roy. I'm so glad we called him. He cleaned the coils so thoroughly, the inside of the unit looked almost new. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is a very honest businessman. Our furnace & air conditioner haven't run this well since the first year we had it. There were no issues over the summer and none this winter.



He called back to check on us & we just had him come out for the winter check up. He said our unit should last 5-6 more years. I couldn't believe it... not only has the work he's done saved us the cost of a new unit, our gas bill has been more than 50% lower than it was the past few winters. We'll definitely be definitely be calling Roy for all of our heating & air needs. Great guy, fantastic service and quality work.

He knows a lot of this business he came to my house and knew exactly what was wrong with it, I had no heat for two days he came here told me what was wrong with it and fixed it right away. He wasn't trying to rip me off even though he knew I didn't no anything about this business . He is not like other business that tries to take advantage of you and lied to make more money. I am very gracious to have Roy Rogers as my HVAC technician. I am a single mother and he is very affordable, as well as courteous to all. As soon as I called and mentioned my heat was out, he was right there to help! He has been my HVAC choice for quite some time now, and I must say he is better than the brand name. Roy Rogers was a blessing to have come to my home and service my furnace and water heater. I was referred to him by a friend and I am ecstatic that I had the pleasure of utilizing his expertise. I received a duct cleaning, a-coil camera check, serviced maintenance on my furnace and water heater, completely cleaned/vacuumed out my furnace, and lastly he threw in a free motor cleaning because he felt like the job would not be thorough without it. I needed a new part for my furnace, he already had it, no need to order and wait for parts. Reasonable priced parts and services. For someone who is newly divorced, single mom, his reasonable and realistic prices are invaluable. He also threw in a warranty with free furnace calls for the next 90 days. Very honest man. I have already referred Roy Rogers to family, friends, and coworkers.

I found Roy in the yellow pages and called him based on the outstanding reviews he had received from other people he had helped. What a wonderful gentleman to do business with!! Roy came to check on my issues the next day and he took the time to explain how my furnace and heat pump worked together and what I could do on my end to save money. Never did I feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Roy called me after my service was completed just to check if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with his service.

He was out the next day to see what the problem was & fixed it as quickly as possible, giving a great deal & even told us the problem part was under warranty.
