This guy has to be THE WORST ATTORNEY EVER..! THIS IS THE DUMBEST OLD MAN I HAVE EVER MET MY ENTIRE LIFE...!!! I went from a crappy attorney to an even worse one by switching to this guy... From Phil Flickenger to this TOTAL MORON...! Jackson and vandenbusch NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS..! THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL...! Or AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER...! The place is a complete and utter sh*thole in the sh*tiest part of Indio... Not only are the assistants not HELPFUL IN ANY WAY BUT TO TOP IT OFF THEY ARE RUDE...! WHATEVER YOU DO PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS GUY...! HE WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE AND TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO...! He is a terrible attorney so DO NOT let him represent you in any way... I feel bad for whoever is related to this idiot... I was told by my doctor I needed surgery and it showed in MRI's and because the company had some chicken sh*t video surveillance of me in my yard WATERING PLANTS AND SWEEPING they conned their way of having to have surgery performed and paying me, not to mention the fact the stopped paying me for over a year which I had to collect disability... Was put on the brink of being homeless with 3 kids and my wife before I realized this guy is an assh*le and TOTALLY WORTHLESS so I had to go find a new job and start working while injured... All I wanna say is F*ck you...! Piece of sh*t dirtbag mother f*cker...!
