        Service Manager Ron wrote up my repair order and had a nice clean-cut technician drive me over to Irvine Spectrum, so I could shop while my brakes were worked on. They called me when it was ready and picked me up at the mall. Turns out there was a nail in one of the tires and they repaired it at no charge. Ron and his team were great!

        Exceptional customer service

        This owner-operated store gave EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ron, the owner, had his team take care of my flat tire and tire rotation in a matter of minutes - and the price was right. No more big company owned chain stores for me; Ron gets all of my business from now on. You will not be disappointed at this business.

        Fast service and reasonable prices

        Found this store on the internet. I got new tires, an alignment, and a brake job from them. Ron the owner was great to deal with. Looks like they go the extra mile to make you happy. Would recommend to anyone and I am now a loyal customer of the store.

        Found this tire store on the internet. Ron the owner was great to deal with. I used the coupon for $10 off an alignment in google. Got new tires, alignment, and an oil change. They are very trustworthy and honest. I would recommend this store to anyone out there. They go the extra mile to take care of you. I was in and out of the store in around 45 minutes too. It looks like it just opened and they keep the place clean too.

        The best decision I ever made!

        I came in to fix a nail in my tire. The manager took care of this in 15 minutes. They normally charge $20 for this service but he fixed it for free. I asked him why and he said "come back when you need new tires and buy them from us." I can say that I definitely will be back!

        Excellent customer service experience and great prices on tires

        I recently purchased my tires from this store. I was in and out of the store in less then 30 minutes. The manager showed me competitor prices on the Internet for my tires so I knew I was getting a good deal. I also loved the free Internet access they have for customers!
