These people have no problem putting you out. Scheduled my carpet cleaning a month in advance, on the day the service was supposed to be performed- no word. I called the & they said they would figure out what the hold up was. An hour later NO WORD. I called back, but now they do not answer any of my calls, instead they send me a text message ( an hour after they are supposed to be there) saying that they are no longer honoring living social deals (where I'd purchased their service from-mind you id already been charged) All of my furniture had been moved, and my carpet vacuumed (quite a feat with 2 toddlers in the house) & I offered to pay full price outright. No they told me they don't do that. So my house is in disarray & my carpets still dirty. I would NEVER use them, they are too cowardly even to tell me on the phone only text messages! Be smart don't take the risk!!!!
