        VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I have been living in my townhouse for over a year now, and a trash can and recycle bin was already here. So I was unaware that we were suppose to be paying for the service. I called today, to get the recycle bin replaced and then they told me that I was suppose to be paying for it. I was told I would get an application dropped off, and instead they took my trash can and left. No application, no word that they took the trash can. When I called to say I wanted to use the service, the lady was very rude and spoke to me like I was a child. If you want respect from people, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If you do use this service, GOOD LUCK.
