        I went to check in and the room was NOT ready! U have to check in before 9 it's 11o'clock and I have NOT been able to get in the room yet because it was NOT cleared or cleaned out. The ONLY bright spot was the receptionist responsible for checking U in.

        Overall

        The swimming instructor on Mondays minnow class is more about him rather then his students. I observed him having conversations with the lifeguard instead of giving hands on instructions to struggling kids. One parent was so upset with this instructor and immediately withdrew her child from the class midway.
