Daniel P. Jones has substantial experience representing creditors through foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative, and eviction matters. Dan also spearheads the firm’s liquor law practice handling licensing, zoning, trademark, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance and any other issue liquor clients may face. A local native, Dan is a graduate of Central Bucks High School East. Dan then attended Duquesne University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and a double minor in Political Science and Theater. He continued on to complete his Juris Doctorate at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. After graduating in 2015, Dan clerked for the Honorable Judge Serfass in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The small bench provided valuable exposure to civil and criminal cases. Now, with Stern & Eisenberg, Dan has become adept at providing cost-effective, comprehensive legal representation which creatively and amicably resolves complex disputes. Arsenio is enthusiastic about client interactions, oral advocacy, and motion practice, as well as case strategy and analysis. He started his law career at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where he tried multiple cases to verdict, negotiated hundreds of plea deals with the defense bar, and was actively involved with the NYPD on active investigations. Arsenio continued to develop his passion for all aspects of litigation representing both companies and individuals. He has settled over 35 class action matters, worked as lead counsel on hundreds of employment law matters, and heard hundreds of hours of federal wiretaps in defense of a billion-dollar hedge fund facing DOJ investigation, while also expanding and diversifying his legal expertise. Arsenio has also prepared and presented CLE classes involving the use of employment agreements as well as the litigation of wage and hour matters in New York. He is an alumnus of George Washington University Law School and a graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. Arsenio is a passionate leader, husband, and father. He is an avid sports fan and a lifelong New Yorker with, as Arsenio states, “an insane love of the Yankees, Rangers, Knicks, and yes the Cowboys”. Prior to joining Stern & Eisenberg, Zach worked for another nationally recognized firm, where he managed a revolving caseload of approximately 600 active bankruptcies under Chapters 7 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. In this capacity, he handled all bankruptcy-related matters, including defending secured creditors in adversarial proceedings. In addition, he worked as an Attorney-Advisor for the federal government, where he advised judges on regulatory, evidentiary, and policy matters, and drafted opinions for adjudication under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act. He has represented clients in personal injury cases, divorces, interstate custody disputes, custody modifications, and adoptions. When practicing in Alabama, he was a certified Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for two years. Zach graduated from The University of Alabama and The University of Alabama School of Law, respectively. In law school, he was an editor on the Journal of Legal Profession, which is a grade-on journal for the top 25% of first-year students. He also participated in the Civil Law Clinic, worked part-time for a local firm, and clerked for a Presiding Circuit Court Judge and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.

Tax Law
Kenya devotes much of her time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, assisting low-income taxpayers and small businesses with income tax preparation and training hundreds of volunteer tax preparers in Tax Law. Kenya is excellent in breaking down complex things into understandable content and processes. Kenya’s devotion to serving her community continues with the Sunshine Arts, a small Community Art Center were Kenya served as Treasurer. In that role she drafted the organizations financial policies and procedures, monitored for compliance and provided reports to the Board of Directors. In addition, Kenya is active in her community garden, recently writing a grant for and program managing a Pilot Study with a national organization, Share our Strength, whose mission is to end hunger and poverty in the United States and abroad. In that capacity, Kenya built partnerships with the housing authority, local schools, community associations, and local officials. Kenya’s grant and approval consists of a local community garden providing groceries, vegetables, fruits and kitchen essential kits, access to garden to grow food and a series of online cooking classes, and meal planning for small children and expectant moms. Kenya is always eager to contribute her time to encourage developmental growth for individuals, communities and her clients.
