The receptionists are very busy taking care of the reception area and the demanding Doctors, phone ringing most of the time, giving information over the phone, etc... therefore, no one should blame the nurses and/or the receptionists, this is a very busy Office, I am a patient and I understand the pressure they are working under of, they cannot give preferences to anyone, above all, to me they do their best, and I have no complaint whatsoever, I always had greetings with a big smile!

lousy service. lousy staff. Not only incompetent but rude. Would totally keep away from this place. I had a terrible time getting the doctors to return phone calls regarding my son's test results. I waited for over 2 weeks and called everyday and they did not as little as even bother to let me know if his results were even in. They are just too busy to care about their patients and the receptionist and nurses are downright incompetent and rude.
