WORST apartment and building ever! Liberty Harbor is not a place you would want to live. The elevator is constantly broken, the AC/Heating bill is ridiculously high, the walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors, the noise is endless from the drunk people exiting the beer garden, the announcements from the light rail never end all night and the management company is a pain. You are forced to use DirectTV which if it ever rains, snows, wind - the internet goes out and the TV stops working. I was not happy living there and couldn't wait to move out. Don't be a sucker like me and be taken in by the high ceilings and the low rent since they completely jack up your prices the next year and are not willing to negotiate.

Extremely pleased with how clean and spacious the apartment buildings are; owner obviously takes pride in running an up to date condominium. Highly recommend to anyone located in North Jersey, or working in New York to give Liberty Harbor a call. Been here 7 months and I love it.

Very clean, very high tech, in a great area! Most of the sales people are friendly and helpful. They are not overly expensive and there is an option to rent as well!
