On Time Construction

David was friendly and professional. We had him and his team come out to fix a leak in our roof that was starting to damage our 2nd floor bathroom ceiling. He quickly found the cause and most importantly didn't try to upsell us like other contractors have in the past (i.e. telling us we needed a new roof). He was on time (early even) on the scheduled day and was in and out in less than an hour. We'll definitely be contacting Ontime Construction for future work needed on the house.

They had done work on my roof a year ago and its been holding up great!!!! They even helped with a hard to reach light bulb that needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend them.

Each time they arrive within the next day or two to assess the issues and give me a quote. They always do the work quickly and professionally. Their prices are always fair and they have a very long warranty on all of their work - something you want to see from someone who is fixing stuff on your house that you don't want to have to fix again!

We had our roof replaced last winter and we loved working with David and team! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and finished our roof earlier than expected. They were able to work around our old AC unit and everything has held up great so far!

They will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and the work is done properly. They also helped and We received the cool roof rebate too. Been through a few rain periods and no issues noticed. Good work.

The roof had been in bad shape this year and was time to get replaced in 2020. They finished re-roof in 2 weeks as promised right before the heavy rains coming. The crews were friendly as well. I have no leak ever since. I highly recommend this company.

I desperately needed a new kitchen since it was so tiny, and hard to cook in. I got a written proposal within 2 days of his in-home estimate.They redid my entire kitchen. It looks incredible! The once very small cluttered kitchen is now a very spacious, organized professional kitchen, built for a chef! The kitchen even has an island.
