I've been going here...more than 10 years. Everytime when my mom comes from Japan we always go there. Great family restaurant and great food.

Founded in 1986, Rykse's Restaurant & Bakery is a family-owned and operated business. It is known for a variety of specialty dishes, including oven-crunchy chicken breasts, slow-roasted pot roast, and homemade chicken apple Waldorf and Traverse City cherry chicken salads. The restaurant also sells several bakery products, such as breads, rolls, cakes, cookies, pies and pastries.
