While five month preganat with our baby girl. I found the nursery set I wanted for her. As we go to order it, it's been discontinued. I was so disappointed. They offered the beat up floor model, which I declined. I found something the same day and decided to go with it. I left very content and happy. The crib and armouir, so I thought, came in and we went to pick it up. The crib was great. After my husband had single handily lifted the armouir and put it in the truck, drove home and brought it in the house. I discovered they ordered the WRONG ONE! My baby was due in eight weeks and I was devastated. Of course I was emotional and wanted to have the nursery complete before she was born. My husband took the dresser back, again by himself. I went with him and I couldn't speak I was so upset. The manager was very apologetic. She offered the actual armouir at the price of the dresser, which was in our favor. And free deliver. However, it was to take eight weeks for the order for the armouir to come in! Finally, after a couple days being home with my newborn. They delivered the armouir. However, they refused to bring it into the house! They said that they couldn't. I would have purchase furniture from them again until the delivery! No, no chance will I purchase furniture from them.
