        Overall

        I've tried for months to get repairs to no avail, I've got a refrigerator that has to be on max to keep a safe temp, roof leaks, a critter died in the space above me, my neighbors smoke comes through and everything of mine now reeks, and it took them 3 weeks to fix a steady stream of water leaking with me calling daily.
