Seems to improved greatly. Nice people, working equipment and I love their car wash best in town Car Wash.

the ppl(there are 3 just in this store),are rude,sloppy looking and carry on inappropriate remarks and conversation w/ customers and each other. when trying to lodge a complaint even the manager was rude and would not take a complaint, immediately stating that his rude cashier was not that he reviewed tapes and his clerk was just defending herself against an attitude. wow such customer service, also when asked for a # outside of the station for someone who would listen to the complaint before deciding his clerk wasn't wrong i was told i could come up there and get whenever i want. Honestly i am in customer service 12 yrs and i don't care what a customer says, u 1st always LISTEN 2nd do not defend a clerk or employee "the customer is always right" 3rd APOLOGIZE and offer any info to rectify situation. of course i don't expect much from ppl, let alone young ppl who happen to land jobs and thru poor management manage to keep them even tho they have no clue......but i do expect a big co to give a sh!t that this is how the daily operation of their store is going. I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER spend another nickel at this franchise and i know at least 5 others who have said the same.
