        THERE ARE UNSAFE LOCKED FIRE DOORS STAFF SPENDS MORE TIME TALKING AMONG THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF CARING FOR RESIDENTS. STAFF RARELY WASHES THEIR HANDS, OR THE HANDS OF RESIDENTS. TIME OUTSIDE HAS TO BE SPENT IN SMOKING AREA WITH THE SMOKERS. ONLY 12 CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE ON TELEVISIONS . THE AMOUNT OF FOOD IS MINIMAL AND MORE FOOD FOR STAFF IS $15.00 A DAY /
