im very upset i call the number that was on YP.com & the machine told me that is not a working number not cool not cool at all

I went in to price some gold pieces and there was no hassle or pressure to make any deal. I received a nice check from a local bank and they cashed the check for free. My girlfriend referred me to them and she gets a check from them too. I was very pleased and will be referring them to many friends and family.

I have been to several businesses in the KC area who buy gold, most with rather disappointing results. From the moment I called this business, I knew it was different so I decided to make the trip to the shop. When I arrived, the owner, Rebecca, greeted me and made me feel she was glad I had chosen to compare her to the other gold buyers I had visited. From the beginning it was like visiting a dear and trusted friend. She was honest and sincere. Many others I have visited were neither. Aside from the fact that she and her shop are both beautiful, this woman is intelligent and really knows her stuff. She doesn’t just grab your things and throw you a few bucks. Her sign out front says top dollar and she completely delivers on that promise! I knew how much gold I had and the karat weights because I had taken it to another shop but decided not to do business with them. She offered me MORE THAN TWICE what the previous shop had! There was no pressure.

Anyone else in the KC area doing this type of business needs to brace themselves because I can assure you she is A FORCE TO BE RECONED WITH!

This lady is the most honest & fair !! I have looked around & had offers 1/2 off what she offered the first time .. Incredible customer service. She offers education on your items. I was most blown away when I was waiting to b next and I heard her tell a woman who had sentimental attachment to an inherited piece if jewelry , that she insisted she take it and make something out of it, AND didn't deduct it from her offer!
Elegant atmosphere , I have recommended this place already and the feedback is 100 %
