Interstate Truck & Trailer

This company has recently started doing repair work on trailers and today one of the trailers they put new dolley legs on collapsed with a forklift inside of it! And another trailer theu have worked on has faulty welds on it luckily it was taken out of service before it collapsed as well. Faulty work thay leads to a dangerous work environment someone could have been crushed by that trailer.

GREAT PLACE! I will take my equipment there all the time.This shop have qualified mechanics They will explain to you,what is wrong with your unit,give you a estimate,and keep you updated on everything!.I will be back!!

I agree, no stars should be given to these guys. I'm so sorry, I didn't check these people out before using them. Just paid them $500 to change 2 tires on the rim! This is just the LABOR???? STAY AWAY

This guys will tell you they have the lowest hourly rate but you will pay for it in parts and the number of hrs. Every single part they use is marked up by 300%. If you you chose to use them try to get your own parts...if they let you. They only have one main mechanic in the shop so every job takes days longer than it should. The other guys in the shop are there to clean up after the main mechanic who looks very tired. I hope they at least pay him well. My truck was supposed to take 16 hrs but ended up taking 48 hrs.

The lady at the front desk is very rude and acts like you are disturbing her when you ask a question. You will not get a straight forward answer on anything, they say we'll get back to you to every question especially regarding how much they are charging per item. I don't know how they have stayed in business like this but they definitely have lost one more customer.

This place doesn't deserve any stars but it was required!

Worst place I ever worked at and I got out fast along with another driver employee!!!! Everything above that "kennalw" stated in her review above is ABSOLUTELY true!!! These people are horrible and the equipment is beyond crap! Very unsafe and should be taken off the road!!! They do not have any ethnics and have no problem making u run illegal and will leave u stuck before giving in and paying for fuel and repairs. This company has reefers that die out in route with meat products in it and will not repair them unless it's at their dump of a shop in kc and will tell u to try to still deliver bad product to Mexico! They will also take money out your checks to cover any sort of repair cost that it took in order to get "their" trailers and truck back to kc!!! They rob you blind and screw u over with everything. Took me 4 hours just to clean my truck inside before I could feel clean in it before I took my first run. It was NASTY and I mean NASTY! They hide under the names "Interstate" & "TSX INC". These people can't even repair their own trucks and trailers so it's mind blowing that they also have business repairing trucks and trailers!! This place should be shut down! Scott, Star, the little old lady office person and the worst dispatcher ever Barry (she's the biggest witch) and all the other guys that work in the office are horrible, disrespectful and foul mouth people!! Total trash! They are also so cheap when it came to the ONE gate key to get in their mud pit after hours for the 5 drivers that everyone had to go find the one key they hide under a rock right next to the fence. Super security I guess LOL! Whatever you do NEVER work at this place or deal with these people!! You WILL seriously regret it!!! There's not enough words to express about them! NIGHTMARE of a place!
