        Never coming here again!

        This is the absolute worst mechanic I have ever been to. I took in my 1993 ford explorer abut 2 weeks ago. It took them two full days to tell me that all I needed was a tune-up. They then took all day to do the tune-up and charged me $650 without the fuel service!!!!! Today, I was driving my boyfriend to work when we heard a bad noise coming from the engine. I was, at that point, much closer to Goodyear and didnt want to risk driving it all the way to kc complete. The mechanics at Goodyear able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour. They told me that a spark plug came out because it wasn't tightened correctly. I will NEVER trust my car with KC complete auto again.

        Friendly Affordable

        They have one of the cheapest labor rates and provide great service. They also have deals on oil changes pretty consistently.

        Good quality shop that is fair...

        Good quality shop that is fair and honest. I've been taking my car their for the last 2 years and am very happy their is a local shop in Midtown that I can trust.
