Molle Volkswagen

We went in to the service department because all of the lights were on in the car and it was leaking oil. First off they had the car for four days and didn't really work on it until the second night after the warranty place was closed. Didn't offer us a car until I complained about how long they had our car and how we needed a second car and that was on the last day they had it. Then they supposedly had to have this part that needed replaced but the warranty wouldn't pay for it, I had to call the dealership that we bought it from and then they were able to get it replaced. We had another mechanic tell us there shouldn't have been a reason to replace it but we went ahead and did. Now we go into to get the oil changed a month later and they tell us the car is bone dry and has no oil in it, so they never fixed the real problem. The man changing the oil found what was causing the leak and the oil cap had been stripped because it's made out of cheap aluminum.

Have had the oil changed in my Touareg TDI 6 times and 3 of those times they did not fill my ad blue which is part of the oil change. Makes me wonder what else they are charging me for and not doing the work.

Best service department I have ever dealt with.They went above and beyond to make sure my wife was satisfied with the service on her Beetle.Mark Smallwood was our service advisior and was great .They did a great job . highly recommended.

Do not take your car to this dealership service center. My Mom's 2004 Jetta was having a problem with shifting that 2 other places had said was either the computer or the transmission, they recommended we take it to the closest VW dealership which happened to be Molle of of Stateline & 103rd. These guys were very unknowledgeable and since they didn't care to figure out what the problem was...simply recommended that she get the transmission replaced to the tune of $6,000...because they don't repair transmissions because too many times the repairs they made didn't fix the problem so they had decided to only replace transmissions. Finally found a real mechanic to fix the problem that was in the transmission and although not cheap $1,500 is much better than $6,000. My Dad was a mechanic and I grew up around "real" mechanics. The guys at Molle are simply service technicians with no real knowledge who have been instructed to rip people off by selling parts not repairing cars.
