Overall

I ordered just shy of $60 worth of plugs (three pairs) on 12/20/15.



Let that sit there for a while.



Now I placed this order and chose standard UPS ground shipping because it was no really biggie to have them right away, and it was free for the price cap of $50 that I surpassed to get this deal. I received an order confirmation that same day after checking out on their website and was stoked to get my stone, wood, and triforce plugs. I waited patiently for the email to hit my inbox saying that my products have shipped.



I waited for about a month, until 1/16/15.



A month.



My package arrived on the 22nd of that same month. You'd think that'd be it, right? No. Not only was the shipping a breach of contract, but they only included two of my three pairs. Yes, they noted this in the package receipt, but where is my final pair? My triforce ones that were the highlight of my order!



It is now 2/6/15, exactly two weeks after the package arrived, and I have not received any information about my third pair of plugs or even a refund for the fact that they were late on everything and furthermore just didn't send me part of my order, which was $21 alone. And after two detailed emails being sent straight to support about the situation, not a single response was given.





TL;DR

Ordered common products from PYH, got 2/3 of my order extremely late, 1/3 didn't even show up, no responses from support, and I only can get a refund through legal action. Terrible service from a company that seems so cool.
