Pole Worx

Ive been going to Pole Worx for a few weeks now, a group of friends bought the pole worx groupon and we have a blast at pole worx! Its great that its women only and some of the girls its kinda like they sneek off to do it, (prudes) but i love them!!

It was really fun, we did the three hour, we had the class, and brought in our own food. the 3rd hour we just socialized and played on the poles, afterwards we went to power and light. the whole night was alot of fun.

Ive tried about every workout for women program out there, and pole dance aerobics is by far the most intense and most fun workout! plus you get free tanning with your membership, and its women only. Im also planning a bachelorette party for my friend there this fall.
