Resolution Reuse

I've not been here since it was called Reuse Outlet and I am hoping now that it has a new name that it also has new management. I sincerely enjoyed going and the first few times found great bargains including my favorite blanket ever! Then I noticed the merchandise became went greatly down in quality. Many broken things with a fairly high price considering. That aside, I went twice and found them not open during posted business hours with not even a note on the door. The final straw was spending an hour shopping through the bins just to be told at the counter that the debit machine was not working. The girl pointed to a sign taped to the counter and I said why would you not tape that to the door so people would not waste their time? No answer, no apology, no anything. I haven't been back. I hope that it has improved. Maybe some day I will try again but I even complained on the FB site they had and got no response. They simply did not care.

This company will not pay for the items that it picks up. We have been trying to get payment for close to a year and keep getting excuses. They don't answer the phone, if it is still in service. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I don't want to leave them a star but I guess that I have to leave at least one.
