River Market Cyclery

I will NEVER do business here again. I went in to buy some parts to install some upgraded components I bought online. The guy acted like since I didn't buy my upgrades there and didn't pay them to install them he didn't want to help. Even though I've bought bikes here in the past, I will NEVER step foot in River Market Cyclery again. And I'll share this experience with others every chance I get. You have lost at least me as a customer, hopefully more with this review.

Worst place to do business in Kansas City. No customer service. Sold me the wrong part and would not return my money. I have given this business multiple chances for a year and a half. I bought a cannondale 29er and have loved the bike. I just wish the service was as good as the bike. I feel ripped off. On top of that the "manager" Billy followed me to my car to called me a little b!tch because I slammed the door. I just want my money back.
