drove in for an oil change and check fluids, tires etc. They did that and washed the car and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes!!!

The sales process was easy. We had to bring the car back for service and it seems to have not made any progress for days when the salesman was off. Maybe my mistake was using the sales person to get the item checked out instead of taking it directly to the service department but I thought since the car was only driven 1 day it was better to go back through the sales organization.

I haven't purchased a car in over a decade and back then it was high pressure! My experience here was just the opposite and could not have been happier with the personnel, car, and experience. Thank you! Michael is a joy to work with and I will recommend Rob Sight to friends and family!
