Worst Car buying Experience I have ever had. Gary sold me the car, had me sign all the paperwork, then found out I wasn't getting the title for a few months, and couldn't license it. He blamed it on the finance company holding on to it, which I then called to find out they didn't have. He also promised a windshield, and it took him about three months to come through with that after several times of asking. Also he promised to pay the three months title penalty incurred of $75, and ignored phone calls about it. So I called one of the other sales reps who said he was there. I showed up five minutes later to pick up the penalty he promised on that day, and he managed to somehow leave, and all the other sales reps, said they didn't know where he was. This man is a crook, and it will be nothing but a headache. There are about three other people that have also not received titles from him, and one is in a law suit with him.

I just bought an Audi from them and was told the following: navigation would be updated, floormats are included, and there was an iPod port. After I got home with the car and called to check on the status of the navigation, the owner said that his salesman was mistaken and navigation was not included with the purchase of the car....and yes, there are no floormats and no iPod dock. Theses guys will say anything to get you in a car and then back out after you take it home. Stay away from this second rate operation!!
