Santora's Pizza

If I could put a - in front of that star I would! Friday eve/Saturday morning I decided to order from Santoras for the first time. I was told my pizza would be delivered in one hour. After an hour and forty-five minutes, I was finally able to reach someone at the store. Ten minutes before closing. Whew! Made it, I thought. Guy on the phone was nice enough, said the driver had been gone 30 minutes and had 4 deliveries. He tried to call him, but got no answer and assumed he was with a customer. I was reassured that my pizza was on its way. IT NEVER CAME. I sat outside for over 20 minutes after I got off the phone. I WAITED for almost 3 hours. I was charged for the pizza, that I never got!

The next day I call the store to get a refund and I speak to Amanda, "the manager". She boldface lied to me. Tries to tell me that they had tried to call me to tell me that I am not in the delivery area and I didn't answer! I'm SORRY that you're a liar AMANDA....If that were true, then why is there no missed calls on my phone? AND, explain to me why my card was charged, not to mention the entire conversation I had with one of your employees @ 4 a.m. promising that my pizza was on it's way?!?

When I bring all these things to her attention, she YELLS at me. "Well, what am I supposed to do? I'm refunding your card!"

WOW, now that's customer service!

Now, it's Tuesday. NO REFUND YET

Hmm, what to do?

Call the store? OK

Amanda, again.

May I speak to your superior Amanda?

"Oh, well if you can reach him...."

Contact info Amanda?

"You have to call him here, Anthony Santora. "

When?

"When he's here"

When is that?

"Just whenever. He's in and out."

Santora's Pizza North



Pizza never delivered after 2 hours, Asked if I still wanted the pizza, I said yes. I asked if I still had to pay for it. Then was told I "disrespected" the manager for "demanding" free pizza, That I never got! What a joke this place is.



Don't know if this Santora's is affiliated with the Santora's North If they aren't they should do something about the name being the same. CiCi Pizza never tasted so good!

after a few of my friends told me about this place I thought they were over exaggerating about the pizza, until i finally stopped by. So many different combinations of pizza to choose from for only $3.00 an $1.00 for one slice of cheese is the best deal i could find in KC. Its been my one stop shop ever since.

I here almost every weekend... goes good with liquor, cant beat the price, an the taste OMGGGGGG!!! Plus the location is dead center of the town so its convenient. Santoros is my favorite pizza shop (NO COMP).

Dont know about the other persons who order a pizza from Santora's, I think they are crazy. Santora's made me feel like I was back in NYC ordering a slice of heaven.

The wife and I bought their Groupon $21 for $10. We tried to oder pizza last week at 11AM on Sunday (They are suppose to be open at 11AM.), but there was no answer. We continued to call, attempting to order a pizza, but failed to ever get an answer. Our final attempt was at about a quarter past 12PM., still no answer. Then we decided to just get Waldo's. Today, my wife decided to stop by after work to use the Groupon. When approaching the building she literally had to walk pass multiple bums standing outside (and a couple inside) with one of them urinating on the outside of the building! In side, she presented her Groupon and said she wanted the Two Large pizzas deal (where the second is half off). They would NOT let her receive the deal, saying "you can't have/use 2 coupons." Even though she wasn't. A Groupon IS NOT a coupon, nor does it say on the Groupon that it can't be used in conjunction with any deals. It suppose to be same as cash. The worker ended up only letting her get one Large 2 topping pizza- Which only totals $15.24! The pizza is small and thin. The sauce tastes watered down and the pizza definitely was NOT worth the $10 spent for the Groupon. The Place is dirty inside and out. The service and pizza sucks. Don't say I didn't warn you. STAY AWAY!

Called and ordered 4 pizzas but what was supposed to be a 1 hour wait turned into eternity. Pizzas never came and when we called back they told us they were on the way. I will NEVER order from here again and if u actally want to have a pizza delivered, I reccommend u call somewhere else!! Rediculus
