Its bulk bag unloader is designed with a modular frame system that adapts to a processor s specific discharge requirements and space constraints as well as a range of interchangeable discharge options. The dust collector allows for a filter change in minutes with no tools. Shick s aeration disc, a silo fluidization cone, provides a means for discharging aerating products from bulk silos and bins. The aeration discs are used at the base of silos and storage bins to aerate fine powders and often replace a silo flow aid or bin activator. It fluidizes these fine powders to ensure continuous discharge of the ingredients into the process. The units are available as original equipment or as retrofits to existing bins and silos.
