Targeted Metrics

This place is a nightmare to work, from the bosses sleeping with the "head employees" (funny how that works right?) to the worst training I've ever had in my life. Here's a phone and a computer screen... They don't teach sales they teach reading from a piece of paper.

If you are going to work FOR them:

Know that you do not matter, you can and will be replaced with no notice. They will only put you down even when you made a sale (saying you could of done better). They will say they are always around to help when needed, but when anything comes up there is no one around to ask. And to top that off if you ask someone else for help, that will get you in even more trouble because it did not come from the bosses mouth. I made work for them in upper case because you are working for them and not with them. At any given point you will be yelled at, put down, and treated like you are no better than the floor they walk on. The managers and upper management will look out for themselves, and never for you. They also think they are gods/goddesses and that everyone that works FOR them should worship the ground they walk on just because they make it look like they are doing so great, when in reality they are just taking money and clients from you to make themselves look better.



If you are going to "USE" their services:

Know they only want your money and will not be there for you when something goes wrong. They will sweet talk you and make it sound like a great deal. After they get your money they will be gone and you will not get the return they "SAY" you will get. It will be a call center that will bug you over and over. If you want to get a companies name out there look in another direction.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

This place is the worst possible place you could work for. They treat you like a piece of meat and very disrespectful. Would not recommend to anyone. They need to learn what it takes to be a manager and then some.
