Lisa and Shelly are the nicest people ever!! They are always so friendly and so fast. I drive 45 minutes just to get here and it is worth it every time! I really question the negative reviews because that has not been my experience at all. I bought the first groupon and told all my friends to buy the second. The friendliness, cleanliness, and quick service makes hair removal a breeze! My only advice is get the numbing cream, I am a huge baby but lets be honest, it hurts a little, just like getting waxed. Ignore the negative comments and you will not be disappointed!

I bought a laser hair removal Groupon, but haven't finished the treatments just yet. The receptionist seems a bit brusque, but the nurse who operates the laser was very nice and friendly. Do NOT skip the analgesic, that laser really hurts and it's hot. My skin was a little reddened the rest of the day and the next, but I'm also very fair-skinned and burn easily. The parking at this place is skimpy, very skimpy (6301 Main). Since they recently moved to this location, I'm confused as to why they chose a place with so little parking. Only a few spaces in back, the rest is street parking. I went during a weekday when most people are at work and there was still almost no street parking available (no open space in back at all). This was also confusing since there didn't seem to be anyone else there but 1 other client. So arrive a couple minutes early to allow yourself time to find parking.



I had no trouble booking my appointments or getting through to the spa. overall, good experience so far.

I had the worst experience here. Staff was very rude and the treatments don't work. Stay away!!! They are crooks

The staff at The Hudson made me feel so comfortable during my laser hair removal procedure. They are VERY nice and funny! The building is beautiful, they have made it a medical space with a spa feel. I love it there!!!!!

This Plaza med spa knows how to pamper and please. And, with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons - Drs. Phil Gutek and Joe Cannova - you are in reputable hands!! All my girl friends love it!
