        Do not use this company. They work closely with the banks and give a BS low appraisal in order to assure they keep getting business from them. If I am the buyer of a house and I believe the house is worth more than the appraisal and am willing to pay more, that says something. These guys are sketchy. Request a different appraiser if your lender tries to use this one!
