Horrible customer service! I ordered 12/13/14, and then had to cancel a week later due to it not having even been shipped yet. The person I talked to then took my credit card number to give me a refund, and now, 5 days later, still have not received my refund. No one will reply to my emails (neither the two I've sent to them directly on their website, nor the two I've sent in reply to their initial order confirmation message that was sent to my own email address), I've tried calling three times during their business hours and either no one answers (with no way to leave a message, just keeps ringing), or the call is cut off. Very shady, what is going on! I understand it's a busy time of year for them, I do. And I didn't have any hard feelings upon first cancelling, but after the hoops I've had to jump just to get a refund (which hasn't even happened yet) is RIDICULOUS!
