Horrible Company - Even worse Drivers

Lets just say the truck driver ( either chuck or charles ) showed up as quick as possible to take a vehicle. When instructed we have our personal belongs in the vehicle, he continued lifting the car while my children were trying to get in. I asked him what his problem was, that he is there for the car...not the belongings inside. He stated rudely..."I never said you couldn't get your things" I asked how is that
possible when the car is lifted. It fell on deaf ears. He was only concerned about getting the pay from wells fargo and kept saying that he's just doing his job. While putting my kids and my own life at risk to leave as quick as possible.
I own a business and plus I'm a dad. I'd be upset if any of my employees acted this way to any individual and they would either be reprimanded or let go. The sad part is, this repo company thinks that is the way it needs to conduct itself to just keep their lights on.
If I was a company looking to have someone repo my cars that weren't getting paid on...I would choose a company that has morals at the least.
They are supposed to be paid to get back a possession ( a vehicle ) Not the contents inside.
They should implement a practice that doesn't cause issues or problems. The truck driver they used definitely will cause instances and get people so mad that they will not want to deal with this company in turn they will just let the cars go. Only wasting more money from the car company and filling the pockets of this criminal business.

Took our neighbors car as quick as they could before they could stop him from lifting the car.
The owner asked him if he could get his things and the driver left the car in the air while their kids were trying to get there things out. From what I've observed and heard first hand, they are only concerned about the vehicle they are taking. There is no customer service for the individual from this company. I'm not a lawyer but I am sure there are laws that should prevent companies like this one from grabbing the vehicle and all the personal belonging inside. A little common sense and working with the individuals would go a long way.

Just disturbed the heck out of me the way this company acts so I had to say something.
Steer clear!!!
