Run! I left after my apartment flooded repeatedly causing mold to grow in my vents and ruined many of my clothes. I had to step over a neighbor that was passed out drunk in the hallway and several times could not get to my apartment because there were swarms of police! Nothing ever gets fixed! I lived without counters in my kitchen for over a month and never got locks or screens for my windows. When I moved in I questioned if my carpets were going to be replaced because they were stained and had holes in them and were told they would clean right up but after a few weeks the spots started to reappear. The holes were patched with remnants My heat and air did not work on the second floor. I never had a water bill under The license plates were stolen off my car and another neighbor had his motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. Six months after I left I got a call out of the blue from a collection agency claiming I had damaged the apartment and owed them $2000.
