I generally do not go out of my way to write a bad review of a company and usually go out of my way to write a positive review to support a business I like. However, I received one of the worst customer service experiences from the owner of this company. I went there for dry cleaning service, and they laundered and starched all my husbands shirts instead. I was really irritated that they did not listen to my instructions - which I double and triple checked with them when I dropped the shirts off because other cleaners have made the same mistake. I could have done the laundry at home and faded the shirts just the same as they did and saved $12. I spoke with the owner about this error and he said they never dry clean those kinds of shirts (which if that was true he should have told me that when I dropped them off)....but some were Hugo Boss that said to dry clean, so I don't know why he said that. When I got home I realized one of the shirts was faded. I told the owner I did not think it was fair to pay for a service that was not completed as requested and tried to ask for a discount or credit so that I could have them dry cleaned as requested in the future because they have dry cleaned them in the past. He cut me off and started yelling at me not to tell him how to run his business, that I had to pay for the service, used foul language, and yanked the shirts out of my hand like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I went ahead and paid, even though it was not correct and I was treated so poorly and my shirts smell like starch and one is faded. But I'm taking my business elsewhere and writing about my experience in this review to help others decide if they want to go there. If you are looking for dry cleaning service, this is not the place to go, particularly if they make a mistake with your order and you want decent and respectful service from the owner.
