Kastor is the best! He got all the spots out from our dog. He also recommended a fabric protector so next time our dog marks the rug, it will bead up and be much easier to clean! So glad we called Zerorez! Thank you!

Everything as far as the cleaning was perfect. The only small issue was I had a 12pm-3pm slot and by 2:45pm no one had reached out or called to let me know someone was coming. I had to call them but they were very apologetic, the person who was supposed to come got held up at another job. They got someone out right away by 3:15pm and everyone was very nice and helpful!
