Forever Nails & Facial

I went in to salon yesterday at 6:15 to receive a color change on nails , toes ! And I also asked can I get eyelashes in stalled and the mgr said sure so I went into the bck room which is where they perform eyelashes , wax ,and many other duties . So when walked in room I said no burn AtAll and she said sure no burn ! As she started putting them on I felt the burning !!!! And I said ok it's burning and she said ok no more burn ! It kept burning worse and worse ! And the girl was on the phone laughing and talking ! And I told her manager!! The lash lady got mad and said I'm not doing ur lashes anymore ! I went home abt 8:00 and they were extremely red hurting and big as hell !!! They speak that language in front of u and don't care that we don't understand it !!! That needs 2 stop now

Hot rocks used in pedicure are fabulous! Manicurists speak and understand English, which is so nice when I'm trying to communicate what I'd like to have done. Only complaint is when employees speak foreign language in the presence of customers who obviously don't understand them.
