Lauren has nearly two decades of experience in the field of massage therapy. In that time, Lauren has learned to work with the body’s natural instinct for self-correction and self-healing. Through the integration of nurturing touch with subtle energy perception, Lauren’s work helps her clients to bridge the connection between body, mind and spirit. She draws upon diverse Western-style massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, joint mobilization and stretching, as well as hot stone, reflexology, polarity balancing, guided imagery, breath work, aromatherapy, acupressure and earth energies. Lauren holds certifications in both pre/post-natal massage and medical massage. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences.

Andrew believes that through the joining of Eastern and Western modalities and theories, we can help maximize the body’s natural ability to heal and slowly begin to understand how to prevent ailments through diligent preventative care and maintenance along with client education. With the extensive experience and education of multiple modalities from NYCHP and over 14 years of qi gong practice with Sifu Henry Moy, he provides a comprehensive full body approach which combines practical musculoskeletal work with esoteric but definitive energy work through a combination of Swedish, Myofascial, Asian, Acupressure, Zen Shiatsu, Thai, and Sports modalities. Core focuses with Andrew are: shoulder & neck work, forearm & hand work, and calf & shin work. Eventually he would like to create comprehensive system which can be used as a standard in the martial arts community to help speed up recover times, maximize training, and prevent future injuries by working closely with clients.
