        Visited Key West for Fantasy Fest. Have a disable parking meter and was told with it you do not pay parking, is this true ?

        Saw hundreds of shirtless men showing their nipples no problem but when police saw women doing it I saw them threaten them with jail if they did not cover. Is this discrimination ?If somebody could take time to answer I will appreciate it.My e-mail omar32824@yahoo.com
