The Lake Vue Gardens Convalescent Center provides nursing, rehabilitative and health care services to the residents of Washington. It is owned by the Life Care Centers of America, which operates more than 200 skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, retirement living communities, home care services and treatment centers for Alzheimer's disease.
