Washington Hand Therapy

I took my daughter in and the work on her hand by the physician was good. The package part of that which is disappointing is the lack of customer service and support. During our session it was recommended to put two strips of KT tape to help support the finger. At NO time was I informed that a $90 charge will follow it. This happened twice. How would anyone know this was an extra charge verse part of the expensive Therapy of $120??? You wouldn't! When I requested they reverse that charge, the administrative assistant called me back to say no they wont reverse. When I asked to discuss with the person making this decision, they denied that and said "that is not the way it works." If customer service and full disclosure is important, then this would not be the place to go for service as there are many other organizations that know how important service is in a service industry.
