On April 16, 2015 I contracted US Storefronts (Jaime) for my five stores in Apopka Florida. A commercial storefront with sidelites and double door entrances. This company was efficient, always quick and on time!! The end result was just amazing. The above review is inaccurate and takes on a competitive slant to damage my reputation as a respectable business owner for over 14 years. At US STOREFRONTS, We pride ourselves on excellent customer service along we top notch glass installation and manufacture work. I am still involved in the FH Gold Buyers project and can provide proof of this fact. It has taken my hard work and dedication to my customers to establish my name and brand, and it is unfair to allow a competitor to make false statements. As a long standing glass company owner I was asked to complete a project that US STOREFRONT AND GLASS didn't finish. It was a bullet proof room that they sold a gentelman from new york. he wwas unable to be onsite everyday and inspect their work but they trusted "US Storefronts Glass & Mirrors" BIG MISTAKE! not only did they not complete the work and take his money but the work they did was the worst storefront work I have ever seen. And to top it all off The Glass and framing that was supposed to be bullet resistant was actually just regular acrylic not even close to bullet resistant! Can you imagine if someone was counting on that to protect their life? If it wasn't for me to look up the product and call the manufacture to ask if it was even bullet proof the owner would have had me finish the install with material they had there come to find out the manufacture doesn't even make anything bullet resistant related!!! What a lying fraud! The audacity here to cheat someone in an are that protects their life, in that scary moment when they would be counting on "US Storefronts Glass & Mirrors" to protect there life they would find out the hard way that they were scammed. The owner sent me a picture of the product they took to the gun range just to confirm the validity of what I stated and the 22cal round went right through no problem. This scumbag gives the rest of us honest hardworking glaziers a bad name. His days are numbered doing things like this! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!

What more can I say? It is hard to find good hard workers that show up and do the job and care to do it right.
