They are truthful and honest. They never try to sell me something I don't need. i took my car to them because the transmission went out. I had to get a whole new transmission. They helped us get to the transmission place. This as been a year and my transmission stills runs like new. I will continue to go to one stop for anything and will advice any one to go to them. I have gotten other work done on my husband car and we have had that car for almost 10years and it runs like new.

I have a mixed review of sorts about this place. I had my AC fixed by them in 2010, it was pricey but a reasonable deal with a known price. I say this because several other shops simply told me they charged 45-60/hr on labor and it could be 10-30+ hours, because in dash AC work can get extensive. Upon getting my car back, my display for shifting was damaged, if changed the car from P-R-N-D etc the line no longer moved. When I took my car back to them and explained that they damaged that while repairing the AC because it was functional when I brought it to them, they replied that it was an older car with rotting wires and it would have went out soon anyway. Since it didn't have an affect on driving, I let go and dropped the battle. The AC worked fine a couple of years, then went out again I took it back to them. They said an evaporator coil went out, when I questioned if fixing that would get the AC working for sure they said maybe.

BIGGEST CROOKS EVER!!! They charged my gf 20 bucks just to see what's wrong with my ac in my truck.. He quoted her 900 bucks to change out the compressor, orifice and a "mat". I brought it out to another shop and they said there's nothing wrong with your compressor, just gotta change out your expansionvalve and dryer. My truck doesn't have an orifice at all! They're a bunch of lying thieves!!

RIPOFF ARTISTS. I brought them my 2012 Nissan Juke to fix the ac. They charged me 500 to replace a hose. One month later, my ac went out again! Con artists. It seems that every other review on here tells the same story. Paying money only to have the car break down a month later with the exact same issue. UGh. these guys are criminals and need to be in jail. Thieves go to jail..this is the same thing.

Had the same problem as misused! Brought our car in for diagnosis, they replaced parts, vehicle still had the same problem and when we brought it back they said they couldn't fix it and to bring it to a dealership. No apology or anything. The only way I can figure they are still in business is from all their elderly customers. If they have no qualms ripping off people on fixed incomes, you better believe they'll have no problem taking your money for nothing too!

I had my clock spring on my Lincoln Ls replaced here and the service was fast and cost efficient as well. I was skeptical of what type of services that I would receive by it being my first time there but I was very impressed with the job Mr. Norman and his crew did on my car. I have no complaints and would definitely take my LS back to them for service.
