Lake Geneva Opticians

I bought a pair of Oliver Peoples off the internet years ago that needed a quick ear piece replaced. I didn't know how to do it so I called Lake Geneva Opticians. They said to come in and they'll help.



Sure enough when I came in they helped me out in 2 minutes. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing.



I highly recommend anyone in the Lake Geneva area to come in for their repairs, prescription glasses, sunglasses, etc.. they even have better stuff then Sun Glass Hut, etc at the malls.

This is the best experience I have ever had shopping for glasses! Not only did I get the best service, I got a very fair price. This store is located in downtown Lake Geneva and I thought it would be expensive but found out they have very fair prices, much lower than the chain stores. The people there were very knowledgeable and friendly, they told me about lenses and frames and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want. I was also amazed at the number of beautiful frames they have, some are expensive, but most not bad.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN MY MOTHER AND I STOPPED IN TO LOOK AT SOME GLASSES. WE LOOKED AROUND FOR ABOUT 10 MINS AND NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER SAID HI OR ASKED US IF WE NEEDED HELP. THEY WERE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER, BUT THEY COULD OF SAID HI AND TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD BE RIGHT WITH US. IT IS JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE GREATEST SELECTION OF FRAMES AND THE STORE IS VERY SMALL. WE ENDED UP LEAVING SINCE THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP US.
