they lie about warranties. They told me a 3 year warranty to plant new trees. One of them started showing signs of dying 18 months in...I contacted rich lucero, he wasn't interested in keeping with his stated warranty, that his co-owner David states they never give 3 year warranties. These people are scam artists. They are prompt when money is to be made but once the check clears they forget about you, talk about building lasting relationships. I can't get either of these jokers to call me back regarding this tree. They took the money and ran. I feel used. I spent over 10K with them. NEVER AGAIN. Search for someone else.....like Davey Tree.
